Operations began in 1993 with a couple of gravel trucks and a commitment to the values of quality, honesty, and hard work. Jerry McCaffrey founded Tri-City Contracting Ltd. and remains dedicated to the belief that the company’s longevity and future is tied to operating effectively and efficiently and providing a superior service to our clients.
